Bumpzee was new to me before your post. I just spent about 20 minutes looking around and while its interesting, its subject matter seems a bit limited. Has your success with it continued?

I think that both can co-exist. This is probably going to be a new category in social networking. There will probably be a whole range of small niches that produce a similar ‘MyBlogLog’ system in the future. It really is all about networking at it’s heart. How do I connect with the specific people that could benefit from my site and how to do it efficiently without crawling through a river of spam. Bumpzee works well because it’s more targeted and others will no doubt follow that lead.

MyBlogLog frustrates me at times but not enough to stop using it. I still find it to be a useful tool to connect with people, though the shameless self promotion that goes on there can be a bit much at times.

I for myself like mybloglog more. There is so many blogs about money and win money online, i think is too much, too many supposed internet marketeers.

Hey, thanks for the great writeup.

As for the link pop leak on the sidebar recent visitors widget.
Everything is served through javascript in that widget. Therefore no search engines see the links and no link pop to BZ.
Am I reading you right?
