We are experiencing the "403 Forbidden Error" pages on two of our shared hosting accounts.
The problem occurs in POST requests in a random way (it depends on the content that is sent on the request). They are probably hitting some mod_security rules.
We already filed a ticket but still waiting.
Is it possible to disable mod_security or use a fair set of rules? It is really a pain because it’s blocking half of our sites.
I also tried to disable mod_security by editing the .htaccess file, but it’s not permitted (giving Internal server error 500).
