I am looking for domain hosting solution and having following queries. Kindly let me know which is the best and cheap web hosting domain according to you. Price should be less than $3 per month.

1) do you also take care of domain transfer? if i want to transfer my domain to your website ?
2) provide access for control panel ?
3) can i host multiple sites in single hosting plan?
4) can i have different control panel for different website?
5) is there a facility to set custom error pages from control panel or a specific site . for example 404,
6) if i opt for domain transfer to your website? will i get additional year extension?
7) can i have demo for the same?
in case of multiple website hosted can i make different email addresses for different domain also is there different control panel for different email
