This is not the first, but second time I have been screwed over with server updates WITHOUT being notified.

I have 40 sites not working correctly because someone decided to change the server settings in php.ini to disallow the URL include function..when everything was just hunky dory a few weeks ago.

I’ve lost over $2000 in revenue this month and I finally figured out that certain servers you have magically changed their settings.

Now 40 sites show nothing but php errors instead of what they are supposed to.

Not only do I pay you guys over $500 a month but your support is utterly worthless. You really ticked off the wrong person.

I am now sending an email to my newsletter list and letting them know to host their websites elsewhere.
