I’ve needed to start storing backups for awhile. At first I was able to backup simply by dvd-burning, but as my business (and play) has grown, 5+ dvd’s a day/every few days has become a hassle… just to keep current.

I’ve read alot of reviews on backup sites lately. While my needs aren’t "mission critical", I felt that I was in a unique position to give someone new a chance. I found this site through an online game of all things!

I run an ebay business, we receive and ship close to 200 items a day, ontop of taking in ordinary peoples items and listing them for a fee(consignment). Data that I need to keep backed up has just been piling up and piling up, while I have backed up to another computer in the store and constantly burn dvd’s(time consuming now), if anything were to happen, I would be up ****s creek.

I signed up at backup-spot.com 3 days ago. My account was instantly created, unfortunately I didn’t have a clue what to do next. Contacted support, within an hour I was receiving help, the customer service rep was nice enough to explain to me how I needed to backup my customer database/logs based on how my business ran. He even walked me through it. It’s only been a few days, but everything has went perfectly so far! I haven’t had to touch a dvd since. Saves me about 30 minutes a day.
