Hello
Some of the problems and crises reveal the truth of some companies and bad service.
I hope to let me talk about the Slhost company Which weakness in dealing with crises and employment Protection.
Since more than two years and I am a customer of the (Slhost.com) company and owner of a server, And things were looking very well until appearance of a week ago, the problem of high load, and advised me the technical support staff that the sever need to rebuild. and I bought storage space to transport the full data,
When they start to rebuild the server was suffering, time passes and the task is not completed, technical support staff transfer the ticket to the staff of Data Center and stay the whole day without an answer, And then let the Data Center staff to answer and say there is a problem in hardware, ware and transfer of the ticket sales department to secure server instead of the former, and stay the ticket in sales department about 72 hours without an answer because the sales staff out of service (the weekend)

Been waiting and after attending the sales staff gave me a new server with the entry of mis-information, which have committed waiting for the next day and then we got on the server with the same plan, but we found no compatibility with the old, which was upgraded Ram and some other characteristics I had accepted in principle to my need to run the server, the server has already been run to show a bigger problem, such as rising the Load to imaginary figures of up to 450 and remained between 350-400, which obligates the technical support staff to transfer the ticket to the Data Center Department to restart the server manually, this procedure takes more than an hour to do.
After the restart server the load back to the same figures and become the server hangs and support staff could not be resolved and I consult with experts from outside the company about the problem wihch they answer me that there is a problem in hardware for server, I transfe the answer to support staff but but without interest.
Unfortunately, I had to transfer to another company (softlayer.com) and remaining on my contract with them 4 months .

These, briefly, my suffering with Slhost company in slow transactions and its procedures, which caused me great stress with my clients on the server, it is not easy to keep the server closed a week!!

All companies are able to provide offers and discounts, but the quality of any companies are remaining the ability to deal with crises and the protection of the client is more important. This is what we have lost in Slhost company.
