Before I continue let me just say that I’m always dubious of web hosts that offer “free search engine submissions” as part of their package. Are they trying to make up for something?

Positive Comments we found:

• Good value hosting - $6.95
• Cpanel is a good bonus, not many cheap shared hosts give this

Negative Comments we found:

• Support has went downhill since December 07
• Oversold nodes in some cases
• Unexplained downtime
• CPU limits which may shut your site down

Our Conculsion

Bluehost fits into the shared hosting category which unfortunately can be hard to find relability in. If you’re looking for relability then I suggest you look into another host (remember 95% uptime is 1.5 days lost out of the month). But if you’re looking for the cheaper option then give Bluehost a look purely for the Cpanel option.
