Well, searched WHT for any reviews on Cloud Next and being as there isn’t any I thought i’ll write a quick one up..

Around two weeks ago I was looking for a VPS provider so I can use it for one of my business’. I came across it (can’t remember where - might have been google?) and took a look at the website. I had looked at quite a few VPS providers two days in a row and Cloud Next seemed to satisfy my needs and expectations.

I signed up on there basic VPS plan as they are doing a half price special so it only cost me around $5.

Received login details pretty much instantly. I logged in to there control panel so I could order a CPanel license and extra IP which costs me around $20.

Within an hour or two I had received emails telling me what was happening with my install, how long it would take and then a completion email.

I was extremely happy with Support responses and you get that ‘personal’ feel to them.. I should know, i’ve been with a few hosts over the years and larger companies seem to be the worst.

Anyway, at the moment my website isn’t up but I am using the VPS for email. I also setup siteuptime monitoring and over the two weeks I have had no downtime on the server.

The only downfall I have is I am receiving around 10 emails a day stating that so many different IP’s are trying to gain access to root. Not sure if this would be caused by other VPS users on this server? If someone can elighten me?

I’m sorry its not the most impressive review - but it has only been two weeks at the moment and I will update this thread with another review in a month or so…
