Post Reply? Hi everyone, I just switched to DreamHost from 1&1 due to their MySQL database size being 100MB, which is not nearly enough for my forum’s capacity. Anyway, 1&1 and many other hosts have a default URL, or a root address. With this, I can upload an index.html file and see it after I type in that address, without a .com name. I have a .com name, but it’s currently registered with my other server. I’m just looking for a way to test if the site is functional after uploading everything, before I transfer the domain name over. Thanks!
