hello,

I have been with a good host, problem comes when hosted a porn site.
I didnt knew my host dont allow porn,n I v paid for whole year.
now I got mail from host telling me porn is not allowed and check their terms .
I dont want to display my host here as I respect them, after all good host indeed.

my question is, do I deserve refund as I paid for whole year.
the terms and condition tells that refund policy doesn’t apply on
terms and condition violation.

I have not replied back to my host yet. please tell me what to do.
do I deserve refund or not. if not what about my whole year payment ?
