Domains (DNS?) stopped working without any reason?

Hi everybody,
I recently got my first VPS (CentOS, DirectAdmin and solusVM, with one IP adress) with a domain and everything was working perfectly until I added two additional domains to my VPS.
Although the domains are mine (I’m not pretending to be a hosting company of course) I created a reseller in DA and made two additional clients each one with the desired domain. Then I set the two domains to the ns1 and ns2 of my server. And everything was working just fine at the beginning.. but then problems started!
To sum up, I got 3 "clients" with three different domains and one of them is the actual domain for the ns1 + ns2. I hope it’s clear, I can’t describe it much better.
The first few hours all thre domains were working just fine and the DNS was even propagated more or less immediately. But after 6-7 hours ALL three domains stopped working, without me having changed anything!
So I was thinking about a "false" initial propagation of the DNS (does something like this even exist?:eek:) and waited another day.. on the next day all three domains were working fine again for some hours and then went down again, more or less at random. This has been going on for more then 3 days now (which excludes a DNS problem(?))… the strange thing is also that my first domain, which was propagated long time ago started to "malfunctioning"! How is this even possible?

Right now the "main" (first) domain is working fine again, while the other two are still not working.. and this without doing anything!

I really hope someone could help me out of this weird situation.
(Since my hosting comapny doesn’t even answer me… since 2 days!)
