Post Reply? Hi, I have read as many posts as I can find, and have even read the Wiki, but it’s not written in terms a newbie to this specific task understands…. I’m trying to give a new user permission to update two folders on my already built website. I have: created the new user re-mapped the directories to that user But I received a 404 error when I went to the site (just the folders I moved), so I moved the folders back to the original user. I have not really seen a step-by-step on how to do this correctly. The only thing I’ve seen is: - Setup the new user. - Create the directories in the new user’s space. - Remap the domain directories to the new user’s directories. But by the wording of this, I’m uncertain if I’m doing it correctly. And, because it didn’t work, I know that I am not. If someone could give me a better explanation, I would appreciate it so much. btw - I learn well with pictures! Thank you!!
