Where are your servers located (Geographically)?

We have servers in USA and also EU.

What is your average support ticket response time?

Average support ticket response time is 60 minutes or less.

Do your support staff work at the datacenter, or remotely?

Yes, we do have support on site in the datacenter, needed e.g. for quick replacement of faulty hardware.

What is your average monthly uptime percentage (i.e. 99.9%)?

We guarantee 99.9% and it‘s also our real status.

How do you communicate downtime, outages & hardware issues with your customers?

Depends on what the customer prefers. If e.g. there’s a hdd fail, we are try to get it back up temporarily and in the meantime we are prepare the new HDD for deployment. Then, when customer agrees, the faulty hardware part is replaced.

How well do you handle Traffic Spikes (i.e. Digg.com)? Do you have measures to accomodate this or do you make the site unavailable?

Yes sure, we have a lot of redundancy, so there’s no problem to increase your traffic immediately.

What measures do you have in place to help users scale their hosting needs with demand?

It’s individual. Depends on what the customer needs, we are ready to comply.

On a Shared Node or VPS Node how many users do you tend to allow?

On virtual servers, the total load of the server is more important. We never overload virtual servers, so if any virtual server is full, a new one is prepared right away.

Some hosts offer Burst RAM & others prefer just to offer Guaranteed. Which solution do you offer & why?

We have a lot of special offers (at this time every server gets doubled RAM), so just contact General support for any special solution.
