Some review for Ezpzhosting.

My hosting company was hosted on a Los Angeles VPS before downgrading to a reseller account. Reason being, I wanted to offer value added service to my customers by offering R1Soft backup and lowering business cost on licensing. R1Soft and Los Angeles location are my requirements when looking for a new provider. I love interaction and supporting my customers, but having end-user support is certainly an advantage to me when I am away from desk.

I like the fact that they are offering 3 locations, so I decided to sign up for 3 reseller accounts, 1 per location.

Los Angeles server has been running very well, no downtime since the server was first started. I guess I am the first customer in the Los Angeles server (0.00 load) as I have been pestering Dan to move me in when it was not offered to the public yet.

Dallas server is running smoothly as well. I remembered there was a hugh load spike due to R1soft backup but this was solved and have not seen any issue after the incident.

For UK server, my customers have commented on the slow speed. I submitted few tickets to Dan about this, and he said that he had moved the customer causing the load issue to another server. I have been monitoring the server load, however, the load still remain high. I will continue to communicate with him regarding this issue.

Support wise, I would say it is great. Being with them for more than 2 to 3 months, I have submitted more than 30 tickets, and most of them are answered within 1 hour and minutes, the longest being 16 hours. 16 hours is abit long as I do not wish to delay response to my customers. I get to use Livechat for a few times, but noticed it was offline most of the times. Not an issue since I can submit tickets to helpdesk but still I prefer instant response

For the 3 reseller accounts included with R1soft, end-user support and feature rich softwares that I paid to Ezpzhosting, I can say I am getting a very good deal :agree:
