i faced abig probelm and becasue of this problem i loss more than 12 customers

this program about server the customers sites open with them hours in the day and then it cant open with them
and i open atickt then the support tell me that he remove the ip from firewall
but i think that the ip is blocked and i dont know what i do

i stay with hostgator from 2 years and never faced this problem
