Hi all

I have been a very much satisfied customer of Horizon Hosting for about 3 months now. I don’t usually write reviews this early in the game, but the support and service that ive received is so deserving of this!

There are 3 things that came to mind now, that made me come to Horizon Hosting:
1. Good prices
2. Professional Ticket Replies
3. Excellent Discount

Firstly, whenever i have an issue with my account or just a general question, even something they didn’t have to help me, like a zen cart question, I always got a professional rep give me a well structured reply. I hated how my previous provider use to be short-off and sometimes rude if i asked something off topic.

Secondly, the uptime is excellent as well, my site hasn’t been down. Iam also very happy with the speeds. cPanel loads a lot faster than my previous provider.

Thirdly, when I joined I was welcomed PERSONALLY via email, yes- by an automated email message, but shortly thereafter by a rep as well. This made me feel so welcome, and put us off on a good start.

So to close, I know Horizon Hosting checks this board regularly, thank you for the great service - I will always do business with you guys, you make hosting a pleasure!
