I switched to ccihosting a few months ago because I wanted an offshore hosting provider for my website. Ever since I switch over I have had much trouble such as Slow loading site, downtime and support telling me my site is running fine. I have members from my forum all over the us and canada telling me my site is running at horrible speeds the same time I notice it as well. Here is the email I sent within an hour ago including the chat support convo before I sent the email:

I have had nothing but slow loading hosting service and much downtime since I switched over to ccihosting. Are you guys having major problems? I am trying to grow my website, but members are getting angry because they are not able to log on every now and then. Some days are fast, some are very slow and some days the site wont even load. Every time I ask chat support about the issue they give me the same response "It seems you website is working fine" Please help.

Support: What can I do for you today
shaun johnson: Site running very slow again. Main page will hardly load.
shaun johnson: been having problems a lot the last 2 weeks

shaun johnson: Its not though. Im talking to someone in Florida, New York, Ohio and Canada. All of them are having the same loading issues as I am. Every time I ask someone in chat support they say its fine? When I ask email support they say certain websites are slowing down the server,
