Hi,

I am a freelance webdesigner and am about to launch my freelancing site, which consists of Wordpress or Expression engine CMS (still figuring out, which would be more reasonable for me) and client area (ActiveCollab custom edit).

In the future I am planning to build a network around it + forums (vB 4.x), but that is nonessential at the moment.

What I have on the horizon at the moment:

• MDDhosting - their own site loads incredibly fast and I would take semi-dedicated package from them. Has anyone got experience with them? Can you link me a site that’s hosted by them and which package are you using?
• Enginehost - seems like promising host, at least the stuff they claim to provide is excellent, although the sites they proclaim to host load quite slowly to me.
• Mediatemple - Highly appreciated host in the web designing business, but I’ve read, that they have problems with downtimes etc.

Any other great host to add?

They primary thing to me is fast loading times, do not want my clients to suffer.

Budget: $25 per month at the moment, but it is not rock solid, as I want great service for the money, I am willing to pay couple of bucks more.
