Host is double billing me

I’m not entirely sure if this is the right forum. But I didn’t see the others suiting it much better.

So here’s my dilemma. I host with SenseHost.com not a bad place. There’s better out there, sure. But anyway this is who I use and up until now I’ve been satisfied.

So I get double-billed last month. I e-mail the owner and request the extra money to be set aside for a credit on the upcoming month. The credit goes through and it’s paid, no problem.

Then, about 5 days later I get billed AGAIN. The problem here is that somehow they setup a paypal subscription AND charge me on top of it each month. The one I have to actually approve always comes almost a week prior to the one they just assume and take themselves, via the Paypal subscription. Now my Paypal account is linked to my bank account, and everything goes through my debit card, so this extra billing this month, overdraws my account and I get charged $36.00 overdraft, PLUS the $8.95 for my hosting plan, PLUS the money that WAS on there I spent on lunch at work, and of course the $8.95 already overdrew my account, so of course I get another $36.00 overdraft fee, for money that I rightfully had up until this place bills me without letting me approve anything. That just gets me going itself, the fact that I cannot approve or deny the 2nd charges. It’s completely automated.

Keep in mind, I have NOT set up any kind of subscription payment at all. I prefer to do this all manually and approve all transactions, as I’m a paycheck-to-paycheck kind of person.

So here’s why I’m posting this. Is it possible to have the owner refund me my $8.95 + the $36.00 overdraft fee. If I could get that, I’d be happy, but I feel he also owes me the other $36.00 overdraft fee as well, which if he pays the first 2 I guess I could deal with the 2nd one. But as I said before, I NEVER setup any Paypal subscriptions, his system has done this all on it’s own, or somebody there did it themselves. So is it possible to be getting my money for the monthly services + my overdraft fees?
