I am curious if anyone can tell me if Hosting Puppy is still around? I had an account with them about a year ago that has just come up for its next billing cycle, but I left many months ago after they seemed to go AWOL.

Are they still around and answering support tickets? I couldn’t find a way to cancel my account within ClientExec, nor can I find any way to turn off the automated/recurring billing it shows on my account.

I don’t expect a response to the ticket I filled with them yet… It has only been 15 minutes at midnight the night before New Years, but at the same time, I left after they seemed to disappear.

In any case, if anyone has any info, that would be great. Thanks.
