Hello,

I’ve been a very satisfied customer of H9 for the last 2, almost 3 years. I loved them and I would still do if they did not mess one thing up.

I have a website running that actually pays for the whole business I am running. Perhaps I should never used a shared host in the first place, but I was so happy with H9 that I stayed. So now, 72 hours ago, their disk from one of their nodes died. They had to restore it. No issue if you ask me, things like this happen!

But, to keep my website offline for over 72 hours is not only appalling but also unacceptable. Half of my advertisers revoked their license, users are screaming and what I did? I asked very polite if they would need another 12 hours, because my advertisers were threatning to quit.
The respond I got was not what I expected from them.

So HostNine, today I lost my income, after today you will lose me aswell. Thanks for the great years of service, but good things always come to an end.

My $19.95/mo will be spend somewhere else.
