Hi,
I recently opened a thread here on WHT searching for a company/individual that could secure and optimize my VPS, including the installation of IonCube and SecureGuardian.
After having recived many offers (also via PM), I decided to try hostwaresupport.com, a rather new support company that provided me with a friendly 24/7 live support (MSN) and a really good price/service.

As soon as I sent the necessary details to start the job (the 31st Dec.), one of the technicians started to work on my VPS and I was really surprised when the day after I got an email telling me that the job had been already done. Didn’t expect such a fast service, especially if we think that it was the night between 2009 and 2010. Really outstanding speed and effectiveness of service.

The job included al lot of work, including the installation of a firewall, CHKRootKit, Rootkit Hunter etc. and mysql, apache optimization etc. and also a custom script that sends via email the avarage of cpu consumtion every hour.

During all this process the support staff has been always online and availible for any questions or help you might need. They also teached me how to do further updates by myself!

The price was also great (divided in two parts, half of the price before the job and the rest after)! The offer included the one-time security installations (including ioncube and sourceguardian, which is an extra for the same price),live chat support and monitoring. Since the avarage of offers I got were of $50 (some not even including live chat support or monitoring), I thought that it was a very honest offer.

Well, I hope to have given an overview of this very friendly and talented guys. I hope their support remains as it is now, can’t get much better, I think. I hope I don’t need to mention that I’m totally satisfied atm with the support provided by hostwaresupport.com and I look forward to continue making business with them.
