Hi there,

I hope someone can help with this frustrating problem…

I own a .com domain which I bought together with hosting from Netfuse.co.uk in Dec 07.

When I noticed it had been down for several weeks, and my many inquiries about this had all been ignored, I signed up with Freezone to transfer in my domain. Freezone say I need the authorisation code for them to complete the transfer in, which I am unable to get cos Netfuse aren’t communicating.

Now, I don’t really understand about Resellers and so on… but my Registrar is Tucows, and one of the middle men is Soluzions.

What should I do now? :confused:
