how can i install more than 1 domain on baby gator

i am total noob,i just bought baby gator and 3 domains,i want to install script on 1 domain.
i went to ftp via filezilla…then public_html and i installed the script there for one of my domain.
but then i realised there was a folder for my other domain already.
now the question is
do i need to create new dorectory for every domain in public_html ,like
public_html/site one
public_html/site two ??

or just logging in my account via filezilla with site one.com andd then installing all files in public_html will do?
