Hi this is my first time posting here. I really hope you guys can help me.

My questions are simple (at least i hope they are).

I am a freelance photographer. I mostly shoot for my self pleasure, but I do work with client time to time. I want to build a website for my works.

I got some of my friends who are willing to build the website for me, but they have me to look for a web host. I did looked around in the "offers" forum, but there are way too many options. and I am very very confused. I hope you guys can just help me pick one.

I am looking for:
1. hosting a personal web page. I believe it will be flash base, it is mainly for posting my portfolio.
2. Hosting a blog, maybe wordpress or blogger.
3. I Do hope to keep the budget down as much as possible, since I don’t know if this really works out for me.
4. I am hoping to pay month by month. and i realized many company jack up the price a lot when you wan to do month by month.
5. I don’t want to be too limited as well, as I may grow into it. and in terms of space, I know i dont need unlimited, but since I upload photos a lot to my blog, I hope it won’t be too small.

I don’t really know what my budget is at this point. I just want to keep it as low as possible yet still fit my needs above.

Since I had no experiences with web hosting, anything from you guys will be very helpful.

I think it will be easier if you guys can just list some web hosting companies that fits my name. just throw some names out, then i will look into them and do more research myself. There are just too many of them.
