Where are your servers located (Geographically)?

We have hosting servers in USA, Hong Kong, Germany and Bulgaria

What is your average support ticket response time?

Our average support ticket response time is 5 minutes.

Do your support staff work at the datacenter, or remotely?

Our hosting support staff do not work at the data centers.

What is your average monthly uptime percentage (i.e. 99.9%)?

99.9% server uptime

How do you communicate downtime, outages & hardware issues with your customers?

Usually through our support site at http://suresupport.com/network and in some cases by email or through a special news section in the hosting Control Panel.

How well do you handle Traffic Spikes (i.e. Digg.com)? Do you have measures to accommodate this or do you make the site unavailable?

It very much depends on the severity of the traffic spike. In many cases we have no problems serving sites, listed in Digg, SlashDot, etc.

What measures do you have in place to help users scale their hosting needs with demand?

We offer two basic hosting packages and the larger one can be doubled, with regards to resources. Furthermore, most of the resources can be upgraded separately.

On a Shared Node or VPS Node how many users do you tend to allow?

We only offer shared hosting and accommodate approx. 500 users per machine.

Some hosts offer Burst RAM & others prefer just to offer Guaranteed. Which solution do you offer & why?

We do not offer such options with our shared hosting service.
