Your instructions/guides for iPhone and iPad set up have need a little (polite cough) update for the following issues.

IMAP Path Prefix should be set to "INBOX" all caps. This resolves the issue of folders displaying branched under the inbox witch can cause notifications to fail and general navigation/UI issues.
