Hi all, I am new to the forum and I am wondering if phone support is a requirement to get a hosting business off the ground?

Email and chat is not an issue and with quick turn around for email I might add but phone support is another as the staffing is not there.

What do you as an owner of a hosting company think about phone support for a new hosting business?

What do you as a possible customer think about a hosting company that does not offer phone support but does chat and email?
