need help with php.ini

I searched, and didn’t find anything, then the damn site would not let me search again. I need to increase the post_max_size and upload_max_filesize in my php.ini I have a folder named cgi-bin from php4 and I guess 5 made it quit working. I changed the size in the ini, but it does not work. I added the following to my .htaccess and I get an error… Code: Options +ExecCGI AddHandler php5-cgi .php Action php-cgi /cgi-bin/php-wrapper.fcgi Action php5-cgi /cgi-bin/php-wrapper.fcgi I created an info file… http://gametechmods.com/info.php I am clueless, can somebody help me with this? THANKS OK, I found this http://sxi.sabrextreme.com/dh-phpini and it worked…….somewhat!! It allows 20M, and when I downloaded the php.ini and edited it to the size I want, IT DID NOT CHANGE….. Can somebody tell me why it didn’t change? THANKS
