I have been a freelance web developer for a long time and have now decided to start my own web development firm (Infact I have already registered my firm in India). I also want to provide web hosting and domain registration through my website. I don’t expect any customers other than my web development clients.

What would be my best option? Reselling? Starting my own company? I want a solution that would allow me to have full control, if I ever decide to move on to this field seriously. Which I expect to do, once I get more than a hundred clients (not web hosting / domain registration clients, but those for whom I will be developing websites).

Can I sell hosting from a VPS account? Or do I need a dedicated server for that?
