I have been doing reselling for about 12 years, I have been with many hosting services, but none any more reliable than Page-Zone
I have in the year I have been with them, not had to contact the support so I do not know about it, but I do know about the service I have had only about two times in the last year has the server ran a little slow, and then for only a few minutes, and as far as I know I have had no down time, at least none of my customers have complained about the sites being down, I will be here for a long time unless it changes for the worst
