Hello,
I am an existing HostGator client using Shared Webhosting - Business. I use Kayako for our helpdesk and would like to try out the new Kayako Fusion helpdesk however the minimum PHP requirement for it is 5.2.3 while the PHP we are running on our server is PHP 5.2.1. How can we go about upgrading it to PHP 5.2.1?

I did refer to the PHP 5.3 post specified in the KB however that does not work as specified PHP 5.3 using .htaccess breaks Zend Optimizer as well as ionCube loaders which are necessary to run Kayako.

I understand the HG does not wish to upgrade to PHP 5.3 but I am sure upgrading to PHP 5.2.3 should not be a problem?
