I haven’t seen a better Level 3 admin than Steve from Rack911. He was very quick to identify all problems in the server and in finishing the job, overall it was an excellent work.

There was a problem with DNS and apache, I did a lot of work and couldn’t find out what exactly was the problem , but Steve did a very quick job in identifying the problem and fixing it in timely manner. He kept me updated regularly about the progress in the work.

The price was also very genuine, he charged for the time he worked alone (Not while he was sitting idle when transfer of files etc.,). This is one thing that is to be appreciated. He charged me only after completely fixing the problem.

Overall, i am very satisfied with his work. Would strongly recommend him for any system administration work.

I would give 15/10 rating. The extra 5 for the personnel touch in his support. :agree:
