The one who talked to HostGator support may have noticed that the same ticket is answered by different people. Each of them is interested in posting a reply but not giving an answer or resolving the problem. As a result, a user spends much time to solve simple questions. What is more, it looks like each member of HostGator’s support team reads only the last post.

I don’t think such system is reasonable.
