I have a very simple but good suggestion. Even since I have been using your hosting I have wondered why you do not use an SSL on your live chat?

I understand using an SSL doesn’t guarantee anything but it’s certainly much better to use.

The reason I am suggesting this is because today I had to give my send my password on live chat.

I would love to see this suggestion leading to SSL protected live chat! :gpost:
