My web site is mostly videos from racing games. Virtually no CPU or server overhead (no scrips, just html and links). Monthly bandwidth around 100GB / month (peak ever was 2 years ago at 600GB but that was a fluke).

Currently my web site hosted by iPower. Back in 2007, I was getting around 1 mega-byte / sec downloads, depending on server load. In 2008, they put a speed cap of 350 kilo bytes / second per connection, but they also later lowered the price.

I asked iPower if I could get a higher priced plan for a higher cap, but the only option there is a VPS at $50 / month.

I’m looking for a shared web hosting service with a download speed cap around 500 to 1000 kilo bytes / second for around $15 / month (or less).

Any suggestions?
