Hi all

I looking for resell hosting for my very specific project. The goal are not to simply sell hosting like any provider. Is now days and days I compare all reseller offer of dozen and dozen provider and after reading a lot about that I have get some conclusions.

About reseller plan some provider appear to be great but I have read some issues appear very often like bad uptime (because one user have a website with to much traffic) or server IP are blacklisted because users make spam. Now I start to consider to take VPS for avoid this kind of problem..but with VPS some other problem must be also considered…especially about security..

So I would like find a provider with the follow requirement:

- Minimum of 50 giga disk space and ability to increase with a larger plan
- Minimum of 500 giga bandwidth and ability to increase with a larger plan
- Ability to upgrade in easy way to any more larger host including VPS or dedicated server
- Of course best uptime
- Cpanel and WHM and RVSkin included
- Fantastico and Sitebuilder are not necessary
- If WHMCS are included is cool if not I will take my own license
- TOS not to much restrictive like inodes limits or files size or files type
- Private DNS
- Hosting with RAID enabled for avoid disk failure problem
- Backup included and ability to restore it in case of need also if is a paid option
- PHP 5 and MYSQL 5
- Reactive support if possible Livechat, Phone support not necessary
- European provider preferred but US can be fine also
- If is VPS solution I need to be fully managed

Who are the provider offering not overloaded server where thousand of customer/reseller on same server ??

I have compare some provider and Mochahost appear to be well for reselling plan…but don’t offer VPS or dedicated solution so in case I need one day to upgrade and get more stable host is not possible and I need to change provider…very annoying..

Hostime appear great too for reseller and VPS…but their support appear to be very slow…I wait hours and hours for get answer to pre-sale questions and some review tell same things…Innohosting appear to be great also but their price are very high in compare with Hostdime..If is for get better and fast support why not…

My budget are not fixed..depend what kind of solution I get but can be between 40 and 80$.

Any suggestions guys please ? thanks for your time…
