I will strongly strongly strongly strongly recommend Sharkspace for hosting services.

How many hosts you know that can answer your 40+ queries in a day. I bought sharkhost today in the morning (around 8 or 9 AM, Indian Time)and my hosting account was ready in less then 5 minutes. It was instantaneous.

I am a newbie and doesn’t know much (close to zero) about databases or anything, despite this limited knowledge i went on to take backups of database and files from my old host godaddy and thought of restoring it on sharkhost and here my limited knowledge made mess of my site.

I was then sad to see that the online support unavailable, so i decided to drop mail and the mail was responded by Jacob and believe me jacob (some technical support guy) took just 10 minutes to answer and from 9AM till 7PM we were communicating about the issue and in this duration we shared close to 50 mails.

Not only this, even before this db prbolme, i contacted them to know about cpanel and stuff. In total we exchanged 60+ mails.

If it had been godaddy, this much exchange would have taken 2 months (they take 24 hours to answer an e-mail).

Before buying Sharkhost i was very, very confused..and i didn’t wanted to go in the hand of some unknown provider (vis a vis, hostgator, bluehost, godaddy, inmotion justhost, hostmonster, 1&1 DHT etc.)These were my option notr sharkhost but after coming to this forum i read some good reviews about sharkhost and hawkhost.

Hawkhost has lots of review in comparison to sharkhost, so i almost signed into hawkhost but then i though, if both are equally good, let’s do head on comparison about their offers and in terms of promotion (50% off for life and bandwidth and webspace) sharkhost was superior to hawkhost, so i went for sharkhost.

hawkhost has great following and sharkhost is getting some loyal custoemrs like me.

I posted this question to 6 forums and most of the response was in favour of hostgator and second was bluehost and some review suggested inmotion and 1&1, justhost were my choice.

I don’t know how and why but i bnought sharkspace..and i am jsut amazed by their speed and consistency of customer support.

How many host will entertain your 60+ question in 10 hours?

Sharkhost rocks. I will right one formal review on my review site (expertreview.com) that i got registerd today and will be putting it live soon.
