I’ve been checking out reseller hosts as I needed to get out of my current host quick before they totally tip over and die.My requirements are simple. I just need a small reseller account w/ decent uptime, but with golden support! LIVE CHAT is a plus!
So for close to choosing either HostNine or InnoHost?
(Unless someone knows of a better one given my situation)They both seem to have a good reputation here. HostNine looks so much better in their offer though with bigger space and bandwidth, while InnoHost looks rather expensive but seems to be "top notch" quality (i think).
So they both seem to be a good choice at the moment. I wanted to go with Hostnine because of their pricing and feature set but I’m put off with some bad reviews. I don’t mind paying a bit more with InnoHosting but as long as it’s worth - but there’s no way I can tell if they are really worth that price tag.
Yes I could give each host a few months to try but I don’t have that luxury of time and money, and I can not afford more down times due to transfers because my clients are already raging mad about our recent and ON GOING experiences with our current host. (we need to evacuate fast!)
I’m barely hanging on to my clients and I’m afraid they’re just about ready to jump on me and demand a refund — it’s one thing to have disgruntled clients in another country, it’s another to have most of these angry clients in the same City you live in. They can literally be IN YOUR FACE.
So back to the topic, what are your advises?
If only Hostnine was golden, at least in their support, I’m ready to go with them. Because really, down times are one thing, but up times with PROBLEMS in the system is a whole different monster that prevents me from getting a good night sleep.
Thanks all!
