Should there be SpamAssassin headers on ALL emails processed by SA, even if the email is not spam?

Server Carrera had a RAID rebuild and now I’m getting a LOT of Viagra spam, and they don’t have any SA headers.

I want to confirm that they *should* have those headers before I open a ticket.
