I have been here for over 5 years. I hardly need support very often but it seems to have improved greatly over the past few months. I remember I complained on here about support I think probably 6 months ago. I rarely have any problems but when I do I freak and start posting on the forum So thought I should mentioned that they have been quick to respond and solve any issues and always get it right the first time. Support has always been good but its been exceptional lately.

A lot of hosting companies get too big too fast and the support goes downhill but hostgator is still the best.
