After my precious webhost started to go downhill fast, I decided it would be a good idea to move to a new webhost. I may have been just a little bit late, though.

I asked my new host to transfer the site for me, but they said that the backup function at the old host isn’t packaging up all of the files. (I don’t even see an option to backup in cPanel there.) So they asked me to contact my precious host and get them to do a backup from root.

Of course, I haven’t been able to submit a ticket there for awhile and right as I am getting ready to move, their main website goes down with a message saying that they are down for maintenance. This has lasted for days now. I tried sending them an email, but it failed.

I can still access me website and cPanel. I have the files and databases. That will just take a little work to get set back up. I can redo the email addresses with no problem.

What I am worried about are the website statistics and the banned ip list. Is there any way to transfer those over without being able to do a cPanel backup?
