Hostgator has been absolutely TERRIBLE lately. Our sites have gone down the last three weekends in a row for at least a day to two days, always on the weekend, so we have no idea and come into work and have tons of messages from customers saying our site was saying "cannot find the server" - we have a dedicated server and pay a lot of money for our sites, and to come in and find that our sites were down over the weekend is so frustrating

then to come onto the live help and hear the tech give me canned responses like "Oh, its because you did this to this file" when we hadn’t touched the file in months, or "oh its working here" when the person really has no clue what he is talking about, is even more frustrating.

AGAIN today we came in to our sites being down over the weekend. I cannot believe we pay for this.
