I got a private server from a company in May of 2009 of last year. I notified them through there online support/ticket site that I no longer needed the server on the 18th of November 2009. I got no email back and I was charged for the month of December. I emailed them again asking to have the server cut off in December. I got charged again for the month of January. I emailed their support email address AND put in another ticket asking them to cut off the service. In 2 different support tickets and an email to their "support" I have received 0 responses other than the single "confirmation" that they got my email to the support@ email.

I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but it is really hard to at this point. Should I just call my bank and explain that the company keeps charging me even though I requested my service to be terminated and that I would like them to stop payment?
