Most months we hit 100%. An occasional maintenance update might bring it down to 99.9

If there was an outage, it would have been because of scheduled maintenance and we would notify all clientele within advance. Hardware issues are immediately addressed and will replace any damaged hardware.

In the case of dedicated machines, we provide one-time fees for ram and hardware upgrades. On the VPS accounts we offer a dedicated amount.

The customer support staff has been stellar, top notch. The price offerings extremely competitive and very flexible. My only problem has been network outages. Every week as long as I’ve been a customer, there has been one 30 minute outage that occurs on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday night near midnight. If the day didn’t change, it would be clock work. During this time, there is no access to my site or the VolumeDrive corporate site.
