This would possibly be the worst company I have ever dealt with!
You would think opening a reseller account would be a simple process, I pay the money then I’m provided with an account.
Not to be apparently.

I chose the copper account, paid for it and was then provided with a welcome email…simple enough and all was fine.
A couple of hours later I check the account and lo and behold it was suspended, upon questioning this I’m asked to provide some ID…..which I did.

As the night rolls on there is still no account so I send a support ticket and am told I haven’t provided the relevant ID, I did and will provide it to anyone who asks.
So I try the live chat and Kudos to a guy called Ray( the only helpful person at Hostgator it seems) who said yes everything appears to be fine I’ll get your account activated again.

So now my account is activated and I’m waiting for DNS to resolve etc:

Stilll with me here? Good, I then get a support ticket asking me to pay again, for some reason they have refunded my money? ( which hasn’t shown up in my account I might add)

So after 12 hours or so of this lunacy I’ll be canceling my account never to do business with these people again.
What a disgrace!
