What would you do if you were browsing a clients forum and saw that a user(not your client) posted something illegal(like warez) a few minutes ago.

How would hosts handle that?

what if the police got involved? who would ultimately be responsible? The web host? The forum admin? The upstream provider? The user who actually posted the content?

Is owning a forum risky business?
