Hi, I’ve been on a shared plan for a while, and desperately need to upgrade to VPS - two questions:

1. When (roughly) could this be launched fully - I missed the soft launch

2. If i upgrade to VPS, is the number of emails I can send per hour restricted in ANY way (major complaint with shared servers).

3. I want CPanel and Fantastico installed - will this be possible when VPS is fully launched?
