I have had very few issues with them and I have not had to contact support all that often and up until this week support tickets were answered with in a 1/2 hour and were good answers.

Yesterday there was an outage that lasted for over an hour yesterday another host I talked to was thinking it might be a DDOS attack that has been going through several hosts. After it came back up I did open a ticket to find out for sure what happened and I still have not gotten a reply. Which has me a bit worried as to the status of this host.

Well any way me being a bit worried that this host my fall or close down on me I thought I would move my site from them to my account with powermonster.net. I got the files and sql moved but I get an error when I change the dns at wirlhost.

That domain I did get through him and here is the error I get when changing the dns.Invalid Password/Username, or your User account maybe Suspended
I get the same thing when I try to transfer the domain to another registrar.

Opened another ticket about that an not reply from that as well so no I am worried I may have lost my domain.
