Where are your servers located (Geographically)?

Our servers are located in the SoftLayer data center in Dallas, TX

What is your average support ticket response time?

Average support ticket response time is under 1 hour.

Do your support staff work at the datacenter, or remotely?

Our staff works remotely, not from within the data center itself.

What is your average monthly uptime percentage (i.e. 99.9%)?

We do our best to maintain 99.9% uptime.

How do you communicate downtime, outages & hardware issues with your customers?

Our company web site is hosted off network to keep customers alerted and informed in case of a network outage or any thing related to their web site being down.

How well do you handle Traffic Spikes (i.e. Digg.com)? Do you have measures to accomodate this or do you make the site unavailable?

Depending on the plan, we will do our best to accomodate the customer’s need but if the traffic spikes is causing performance issues for other customers we will have no choice but to temporarily disable the account until the traffic spike settles.

What measures do you have in place to help users scale their hosting needs with demand?

Customers can contact us for a custom plan suited to their needs and budget.

On a Shared Node or VPS Node how many users do you tend to allow?

It all depends on the resource usage of the server and the types of plans being hosted on the server. We currently do not offer VPS plans. Our semi-dedicated plans have a limited 15-20 accounts per server.

Some hosts offer Burst RAM & others prefer just to offer Guaranteed. Which solution do you offer & why?

We do not offer VPS unfortunately at the time.
